The undersigned AARHUS GEOPHYSICS ApS, in its capacity as Data Controller, hereby informs you that, pursuant to Art. 13 of the EU Regulation dated 27 April 2016 No. 679 “General Data Protection Regulation” (hereinafter “Regulation”), the personal data provided by you will be processed as follows:
1. Purpose of Processing
Personal data will be processed to provide the information requested.
2. Legal Basis and Provision of Data
The legal basis for the processing is the performance of a contract to which you are a party or the implementation of pre-contractual measures taken at your request. The provision of personal data is necessary to obtain the information requested. Failure to provide such data will make it impossible for our staff to respond to your requests.

The data will be kept for the period of time necessary to process your request and, in any case, no longer than the terms provided for by specific legal obligations.

In particular, you have the right to request from the Controller access to data concerning you, their rectification or erasure, the integration of incomplete data, and the restriction of processing; to receive the data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format; to object in whole or in part to the use of the data; as well as to exercise the other rights recognized to you by the applicable regulations.

Pursuant to Art. 77 of the Regulation, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if you believe that the processing violates the aforementioned Regulation.
